About Us

Brian H. Bronsther is an attorney, licensed to practice law in the states of New York, Florida and Connecticut, with over 23 years of experience. His areas of concentration are Estate Planning and Administration, Business Succession Planning, Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law.

Mr. Bronsther has been practicing in the Albany, Clifton Park and the rest of the Capital Region for over 15 years. Previously, he served as a senior litigation associate to Bernstein & Berk, PA of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, senior real estate associate of Fried, Spector, Scher and Feldman, of New York, New York, and general counsel to Income Property Associates, Inc., a real estate investment firm with holdings in several states.

Mr. Bronsther graduated from Lehigh University of Bethelhem, PA in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984 with a Juris Doctor.

Mr. Bronsther is co-founder of the Business Resource and Alliance Group, LLC. In addition, he is the Vice-President of Finance of the Congregation Gates of Heaven and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Congregation Gates of Heaven. Mr. Bronsther also serves as chair of the Religious School Committee and Endowment Committee.
